• Rental periods are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Rented containers must not be modified, damaged, or relocated without prior written approval from Pack Once.
• Rental payments must be made on time. Late or unpaid balances may result in late fees, suspension of service, or collection action where applicable.

• Deliveries and pickups are subject to location, accessibility, and site conditions.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring clear and safe access to the delivery and drop-off location. Failed deliveries or pickups due to site issues, access restrictions, or unsafe conditions may result in additional fees.
• Delivery and transportation times are estimates only and may vary due to weather, road conditions, traffic, equipment availability, or other unforeseen logistics delays.
• Customers must inspect the container upon delivery and report any visible issues or concerns as soon as possible.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when requesting service, including addresses, site access details, and any relevant delivery restrictions.
• Customers must ensure that containers are used only for lawful purposes and must not store or transport any prohibited, hazardous, illegal, explosive, flammable, toxic, or otherwise unsafe materials.
• Any permits, permissions, or approvals required for placement, access, or use of the container are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Orders for moving services may be canceled before dispatch for a full refund.
• Once a container has been dispatched for delivery, cancellations are still permitted; however, the initial delivery fee will not be refunded.
• Rental agreements may be canceled with a minimum of 5 days' notice before the next billing cycle.

• Pack Once is not responsible for any damage, loss, delay, or liability arising from improper use, storage, loading, unloading, or placement of a container by the customer or any third party.
• Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pack Once from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from the customer's use of the container during the rental period.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pack Once shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our services.

• While we strive to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, Pack Once makes no warranties or representations that the website content is complete, accurate, reliable, or current at all times.
• All website content is provided on an “as is” basis and may be changed without notice.
